To order a Transfer service you must follow the booking procedure. 1. Booking requests are accepted only by our online booking form or e-mail, NOT over the phone. All orders must be received at least 24 hours in advance prior your departure. Balkan PMS Travel is entitled to refuse or accept any order sent by you. 2. If your order is accepted, we will confirm by e-mail and send you an invoice for payment. 3. Only prepaid services are guaranteed. Balkan PMS Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking that have not been paid within the validation dates. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a confirmation voucher with all needed information. It is the customers responsibility to travel with their Voucher, which lists arrival instructions and all of the relevant local contact numbers in the event of an emergency and local office reconfirmation hours and contact number. 4. If your booking details change, you can amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your departure, subject to payment of any difference in the applicable prices. For modification in less than 24 hours prior the actual transfer, changes are subject of availabilities and surcharges may apply. 5. You confirm that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the transfer service will be correct, that the credit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Transfer service. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the Transfer service. If validation cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the Confirmation and the service will not be performed.

Balkan PMS Travel do store your email address and postal address for order processing and invoicing purposes. We don`t store your card details once the deposit is paid. You will receive payment confirmation for the deposit you have paid and copy of the receipt. There is no link between this data and your credit/debit card details for future transactions.
