| Who will meet us at the airport ? |

One of our representatives from the company will be there to meet you with a warm welcome as You come out of the customs hall, to assist you in Your onward journey. |

| How will i regognize the travel company Rep? |
 |
They will be holding a board up with our company name, Balkan PMS on, they will also be wearing the company jacket with the name printed on it. |

| How long does the journey take? |
 |
The travel time from the airport is about 1hour and 15 minutes to Borovets and 2 hours and 30 minutes to Bansko, but this can vary according to the weather conditions and how many drop off points there are on the way. We do our very best to get you to your accommodation as soon as we possible can.

| Can i bing extra luggage ? |

We have no problem with this within reason providing you let us know in advance, so we can make sure that we have the right transport with us when we pick you up. |

| Do you have childcar seats in your busses upon request? |
 |
Yes, we can fit in the bus if you require one, please just ask us.
But there is no law here to say that children have to have one so if You do not ask us to fit one there will not be one in the bus. |

| How do i know what time what time my pick up back to the airport is ? |
 |
Your pick up times to the airport will be displayed on the office door in Flora Hotel, the ski depot and in the restaurant Hunters two days before your departure.
We will pick you up three hours before your flight time, this gives us enough time to go round other hotels to pick up and in case there is a snow fall. |

| Where here do i get picked up from ? |

You will be picked up in front of the hotel or villa that you are staying in; if it is any different we will notify you or if you wish to change the pick up point please inform us, as we can not be responsible for you missing the bus. |

| I have lost my luggage; can you collect it for me later? |

All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your address. |

| I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back? |
 |
Contact us in our office giving details of the transfer and the missing items. We will then deliver them to you. In some circumstances a charge may be applicable. |

| Reservation - Can I change the date of my transfer? |

Yes, subject to availability pleaselet us know as soon as possible. |

| Reservation - Can I have a receipt? |
 |
Your email confirmation is your receipt. |

| Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route? |
 |
Transfers are done on a flight coming in and you may have to share the bus with other people. |

| Does the driver speak English? |
 |
Shuttle drivers may speak a little English. But we try to have an english rep to go with you but if this is not the case the driver will at all times know where he is going and will stop if you need him to. |
